How does email management work virtually

In a world where emails have taken over our working day, it is very easy to become distracted with our incoming mail.  This leads us to respond to things that are not necessarily urgent or important. 

A Virtual Assistant can help you keep on top of your emails daily.

How does it work?

I would request  you give me access to your email account and discuss any requirements with you. I can take full control of your emails and flag important emails, create folders, and unsubscribe from things which you are not interested in anymore.

Checking Emails

I would check any emails which come in and reply to those in your tone of voice, any templates you may provide which can be used for responding to commonly asked questions or if you prefer, I can reply on your behalf. Any request for meetings I can flag up and even manage your calendar.

Creating folders

To stay on top of your emails and make your inbox look neater and clearer, I would sort emails into folders and categories. For example, I would create files with the following names:

  1. Info
  2. To action
  3. Meetings
  4. Receipts


I can set up filters so certain emails can go automatically into a specific folder. For example, having a filter set up for payments this would automatically go into the ‘invoice’ folder.

Unsubscribing from newsletters and mailing lists

To help clear your inbox I would do a search and unsubscribe you from all things you have no interest in anymore.
